Just wanted to share some pictures of the girls in their Valentine's Day outfits!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!

Happy V-Day everyone!! We celebrated this weekend since the weekdays are pretty hectic. We went out for a nice lunch with the girls on Saturday at Cheesecake Factory- YUM! We were going to go for dinner, but Sam wasn't feeling great and we didn't want to risk it. So we went early while she was still in a good mood. Good thing we did- because she took an almost 5 hour nap! We would have missed dinner. LOL.

We also made some Valentine's day cookies. Sam helped and then brought one over to Nana, Sir and Re-Re. And then asked to eat them. LOL.

Oh- and Tai totally scored points today. He just called me at work and told me to go downstairs. He was there waiting with a dozen red roses for me. LOVE YOU BABE!!!! Thanks! :)

Just Because....

OK, So I know I said I wasn't going to post anything about the party BEFORE the party, but I have to post these because she is just so dang cute!! I finished the tutu for the big day and part of the shirt (still need to do some stitching on it) and I wanted to try them on Sam to make sure the fit and I liked how they looked. Well, she LOVED the tutu and was twirling around and looking in the mirror and was so happy. I had to fight her to get it off! I asked if I could take some pictures of her in it, and I learned that she watches too much Toddlers and Tiaras. LOL. She went right into a pose for me to take a picture! (notice the bent knee? So funny!)

Valentine's Decor

Hope everyone had a great Superbowl Weekend! We sure did! Saturday was spent crafting up stuff for the big party, and then Sunday was spent with family and friends watching the big game!

Sadie is teething so sleep wsa a rarity this weekend, and I am dragging today. She also wanted to be held a lot so Saturday night while I was tyring to get stuff done, I put her in the Baby Bjorn so I could have my hands free! Sam of course had to go get her baby carrier and put her baby in yet too. So cute! (Tai was at a friends house watching the UFC fights, so I had to take a picture in the mirror. But I *had* to take a picture because it was just so cute!)







I also got some new shelves this weekend. I just never had enough shelf area to put out cute decorations, so I took down the little mirror thing and put up a couple shelves! I love them (even though they are hung slightly too high. *wink* Tai is going to fix that :) )



And the house that Sam made has a special new home so everyone can see it! She was of course thrilled that it was put up!

Crafty Weekend!

We had a totally productive crafty weekend! Sam even got in on the action and made her first Valentines day craft! :) A lot of the stuff I made is for Sams party so no pics of those yet, but I did make a sign for my kitchen wall that I am in love with! Sam is always bringing home art projects from school and they usually go on the fridge, but I saw a sign like this and knew I had to make one!

Again, she wanted her picture taken when I was taking pictures of other stuff (and she is always in this chair because thats where she sits to 'help' me make stuff!)

Little Mommy in the Making

Sam loves babies. LOVES them. I think we have 1357685413354 million baby dolls lying around the house and in the car. Seriously. That many. (well, maybe not QUITE that many... but we have A LOT of them). And she is so darn cute when she plays with them. When I am bouncing Sadie trying to get her to sleep, Sam grabs a baby and comes to stand right next to me and starts "Shhh Shhh"ing her baby and bouncing just like I am. *swoon* she is so cute! She will go pick up a baby and say "Hey beautiful! How are you? Good? Good. I love you". Awww she is just so sweet it melts my heart! The other night I snapped a few pictures of her being a little mommy to her baby.

(notice the paci and how she is holding it... I do that with Sadies paci so Sam does it with her baby's paci too! Oh and her baby is wearing one of Sadies swaddle blankets too!)

And Birthday Party planning is in full swing at our house! Invites are made and were dropped in the mail today! :) I have to admit, I wasnt totally thrilled with how the invites turned out, but I still love them! Took me FOREVER and a night with my sister helping to get them all made! Thanks Aunt Re-Re!

One more party thing and then you will have to wait for the big day to see the goodies I have been making! I want to keep some of it a surprise. Lets just say the party is going to have a lot of PINK! :)
