33 weeks

6 more to go! This was taken on Tuesday when I hit 33 weeks. This pregnancy is flying by.

Monday Monday....

Noone really likes Mondays. I know I don't. Actually, I will like them a lot more soon! Next Monday will be my last Monday at work for quite some time! YAY!!! So anyways- here is just a random post about our Monday yesterday!

Sams new favorite thing? "petting" the water. We hang out in this bathroom pretty often now- she thinks this is just the best thing ever. I think it sucks. I get stuck sitting on a toilet while she splashes water everywhere that I have to clean up. LOL. But- she really does have fun, so I let her.






Tub Time- Zoey came and joined us last night in the bathroom- Sam thought this was great! LOL!







After tub time she wanted 'cake' (AKA brownies) so I let her have some (because I am not going to lie- I wanted some too!) And of course- you cant have cake without singing Happy Birthday- so we sang a few times too. She actually loves to sing Happy Birthday and we sing it pretty much daily so she knows all the words. LOL




And here is a new little hair clippie I made last night. I still need to add the little eyes to it- but I think it turned out pretty cute! Its a little octopus. And at Halloween time I will make them in black and they will look like little spiders! CUTE!





And I also made this headband for a friend.

Can you say DELISH?!?!

So I have been wanting brownies lately (I blame Sadie). And today I ran across a recipe for S'more brownies and I thought 'how could those be bad?'. So Sam and I stopped by Vons on the way home, picked up some ingrediants and came home and baked!










Then I caught someone sneaking some chocolate....







Of course I had to let her lick the spoon!

My New Favorite Thing

Here it is! The amazing new cat door! YAY for no litter in the house!!!!!

Isnt it amazing?? I am in love. Seriously. I dont know why we didnt do this months ago. It is SO NICE to not have a litter box in the house!!!

4thof July Weekend (and some other stuff)

Hope you all had a great 4th! We did! We did a lot around the house this weekend- the biggest thing? We moved the cat litter box OUT of the house! WooHoo!! I was about to lose my mind if I stepped on another little peice of litter in the bathroom. So Saturday Tai and my dad put a dog door in the wall, and Sunday Tai built a little 'cage' to hold the cat box in the garage. Its perfect! (I forgot to take a pic of it- I will do that tonight!). Now we just have to teach the cats how to use the door. They are not so sure about it right now. LOL

Saturday night we went over to our friends house to watch the fireworks (Moorpark does the show on the 3rd). We had a great time. Except for when the fireworks started- Sam did NOT like them. At. All. In fact, she didnt even like the little sparkers or anything. All she kept telling us was "I dont like the fireworks. Mommy hold you" (meaning, she wanted me to hold her). She pretty much said that same thing about 100 times that night. It was the last thing she said before bed, and the first thing she said when she woke up the next day. She REALLY didnt like the fireworks! LOL! But she had fun playing with her BFF Emma.

On the way to go watch the fireworks. The girls thought it was the coolest thing ever to walk holding hands. They were giggling the cutest little giggles the whole way. Adorable!







The only pictures I got of Sam during fireworks... this is just when Tai and Taylor (Emmas dad) were doing sparklers. Emma was right up there with the boys. Sam stayed far away.





Here is the desert I brought to the BBQ- they are little cake balls dipped in chocolate. Sam did the sprinkles on them :) And let me tell you, these are YUMMY!

And finally- Sam was playing Mommy to her baby last night. So stinking cute. She is going to be the best big sister!!!

Baby Shower Weekend

Sorry it has taken me a couple days to get this up here!

This past weekend was my baby shower. It was GREAT! I had so much fun and my mom, sister and a couple friends did a great job putting it together. I have some pictures from it, but my camera was taking blurry pictures for some reason. So I need to upload the ones from my moms camera still- they are much better and she took a lot more than I did! But for now... here are a couple pictures from the shower! (and again- I apologize that so many are so blurry! I dont know what happened!)

First I will start with Sams outfit. I went to Old Navy and got her a cheap pair of flip flops, and then spruced them up! I think they turned out adorable and Sam was in love with them!







Her matching hairbows (notice the french braids? I told her she got to wear her new shoes if she sat still so I could do her hair... that was all it took! She didnt move the whole time I was doing it! LOL!)





Here is her whole outfit. You cant really tell though because this one is SO blurry. Im not sure what happened :(



Here is the AMAZING cake my sister made. Isnt it gorgeous?? The blanket are the colors of Sadies room! She did a GREAT job on it- and it was super yummy too!

Tai was gone dirt bike riding and camping this weekend so Saturday it was just Sam and I. We went shopping and then met some friends at the pool for a little bit. Then we just came home and played out back.
