After all that both Sam and I were feeling better by the weekend. Sunday was Fathers day so we had my parents and sister over as well as Tais dad and brother over. Sam was back to her normal self by Sunday and had fun playing in her pool AND her sand box. The sand box play was progressive.... at first she would sit on a towel outside the sand box and play with the shovel.. and whine everytime she got sand on her hand or if it fell in her lap. So we moved on to the pool. And since Aunt Re-Re got into the pool with her- she ended up having a blast and got soaked! Of course that was when she decided she would sit IN the sand box... in her soaking wet diaper. Nice. LOL.
After tub time was done and everyone had left, Sam stood at the door yelling at Louie for biting. So Tai and I went to check it out. Louie caught a lizard. He is taking this whole outdoor cat thing too far... the lizard was missing its tail, so we arent sure if Louie pulled it off, or if the lizard was already injured, but Louie was 'playing' with the lizard in the grass. Sam was not happy that Louie was biting the lizard (he wasn't really, just swatting at it) and she told us how Louie needed to be nice, no biting, time out for not listening.... and on and on for about 30 minutes after we brought Louie in the house!
